The key contribution came from Jack Haynes, whose composed knock provided the backbone of the innings. Mixing patience with well-timed stroke play, Haynes helped guide Nottinghamshire to a competitive total of 279, giving the bowlers a platform to attack. Haynes reached 100 from 133 balls includinf 12 fours. an impresive performance from Jack Haynes just under 4 hours at the crease.
